How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders will be picked and shipped the following business day.

How do I track the status of my order?

All orders shipped out will receive an email with your order status update and shipping information. A tracking number will be sent to that email address as soon as the product is shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?

I received the wrong item

Please email us your order # and the issue and an investigation will be done. We will then coordinate with you to ship back the wrong item and we we sort out the issue.

My order arrived damaged

An investigation will be done.Damage item shipped back with pictures. And the issue will be sorted out.
